that you have solid base and the body is accustomed to working out, its
time to step up to the next level.
You have come a long way from your first session where you were doing
just FOUR
exercises! You've now stepped that up a great deal and are ready for
the next stage in your workout - The ADVANCED side of Your Program!
Here
we will have some serious fun. The variety is amazing!
Aside from that
you need to prepare for some serious results right now and for
the long
term.
The wide
range of techniques available will simply astonish you!
One
thing I can promise you: This
section delivers everything you
could ever ask for in a workout! The interest level rises,
the motivation goes up a notch plus you'll be training close to your
full potential as results start to come thick and fast!

Over the
last few weeks you have been using Beginner Program Stage
#3. Where you
would have experienced your first split
routine. This is a
great way to train and the first step towards Advancing your program.
Now we go one step further as we add an extra day added into
your program - A 3
way split program...
This includes Legs, Abs and Lower Back one day, Back and
Biceps
the next and finishing with Chest and Triceps on the final
session.
The
next stages go into some real depth. My advice is
to
take it step by step. All stages have been set with different time
frames, it's best to stick to them. Better yet, don't move on until you
feel comfortable to go to the next stage.
Some of the
areas we will cover incorporate Strength
training, One arm/One Leg routines, Supersets and
later on we even get into working out on a Fitness
Ball!
So many new and exciting concepts to get into!

study. As we work through each section it adds another

Everything you are about to read has helped shape the Perfect

also fine! This is where you can utilize the
knowledge you
now have from the beginner and
advanced stages and put it to work for you!

properly over
the last few months you are more than capable of designing your Perfect
