The Harder you train the more recovery time you need.

Before Training the Same Muscle Group again there are minimum recovery times you need to allow:
  • Beginner - Working at a Level 4-5 requires 48 hours Recovery
  • Intermediate & Regular Trainer - Level 6 and above require   72 Hours recovery
